What started off as my intentionally pausing and reflecting has now developed into an automatic response. Reminds me of reflexes, developing a good habit, and has become like second nature.
I automatically pause and reflect on my daily Bible reading, studies, books I may be reading, articles, songs, and blog posts I read from fellow bloggers.
My fellow bloggers, you remind me of co-workers. This being co-workers in a way that our commonality is glorifying God in our own uniqueness. We all have our own styles, perspectives, insights, etc..
From our walk with Christ we have the ability to touch one another. Not only touch one another and learn more, but something we may write about may touch just that one person, someone who wants to come to Christ and have a relationship with him. I may never know who that is, but God does.
Thank you. By automatically pausing and reflecting on what you write, you have touched me. You help my learning increase.
While I haven’t seen my one word out and about in daily life, like the actual word written somewhere. I have made myself a desktop wall paper as a visual reminder.
I haven’t picked a specific verse to go along with my one word 2021. But the verse that has jumped out at me for a lot of reflection this month is
” For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain”Philippians 1:21
