Praying Scripture— Peace For friends
“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.”Matthew 5:9— NIV
“You will keep the peace, a perfect peace, for all who trust in You, for those who dedicate their hearts and minds to You.”Isaiah 26:3— VOICE
“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”Philippians 4:7— NIV
Dear Father, let the words I speak to my friends and family be encouraging. I don’t want to bring them down with a negative outlook. Show me how to uplift and minister to others during our conversations. I come before you today to pray for [friend’s name] today. I ask for peace as they face [situation]. Give them wisdom and discernment as they need it. Let them feel Your love surrounding them. Please comfort (your friend’s name). Let them feel Your presence and peace, no matter what they face this week. Comfort them with Your love.
In Jesus’ Name,
