A Compromising Poem
This post is part of the Five Minute Friday blog link-up. Where I join up with a community of writers and bloggers of all ages and stages who gather around a single-word prompt to free-write, unscripted, unedited, for five minutes. This week’s word prompt is {COMPROMISE}
GO
Called to write for Jesus
On a brilliant November day.
Musing and hem-hawing along the way.
Praying to make sure I heard right and
Rambling to him about why I wasn’t right.
Obediently trusting my Father because He knows best. He
Mentioned to me that I am beloved and has a job for me. He
Ignites my soul and
Set me free.
Eagerly serving Him. That’s me.
STOP
